Sommelier Wine & Coffee is a self-service establishment where customers have opportunity to choose wine or coffee through tasting the blend they like, and form their preferences.
The guests could taste different wines "by the glass" without necessity to pat for every bottle at once. Coffee is served in tasting glasses for deeper disclosure of aromas.
The total area occupied by the facility with reference to the existing cafes and shops is 64 sq.m. (7.7x8.4 m).
The project includes: the main structure decorated with big bottle dummies, wine dispensers, refrigerators, bar counters, 24 seats, a fence using flower stands, and a settlement counter.
Sommelier concept sketches showing logo placement, tasting counter ideas, red stool seating, planter dividers, and early visual planning for the self-service retail concept.
