MS CARA is a modern cosmetics retail brand offering skincare and beauty products for women and men. The project included the development of a complete brand identity system, logo design, visual language, brand guidelines, and interior design concept for the retail store.

a wide product selection, and a strong focus

  • Positioning: To communicate elegance and trust through the visual language while balancing affordability with a refined, premium-inspired perception.

  • Adaptability: To develop a flexible identity system that performs consistently across digital platforms, printed materials, packaging, signage, KV and retail applications.

  • Brand Cohesion: To connect the brand identity with the store interior, creating a unified visual ecosystem and a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint.

Logotype

The logo combines a clean wordmark with a subtle Arabic diacritic integrated into the brand name, adding a distinctive detail while maintaining a minimalist and elegant appearance.

Brand Palette

The color palette is based on warm neutral tones, creating a sense
of sophistication, comfort, and timeless elegance. The restrained palette enhances the premium feel of the brand while allowing the products
to remain the visual focus.

Typography

A single typeface is used across the logo and all packaging: Taylor Royal Classic — a geometric sans-serif with clean, even capitals and consistent stroke width. Applied without modification, it performs equally well in circular typographic arrangements and small-scale label text.

Pattern

The custom pattern extends the brand beyond the logo, adding rhythm, depth, and consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.

Planogram Development

The planogram defines the spatial logic of the Ms.Cara retail environment, organizing the assortment across two core categories — Care and Make-Up — into a clear and navigable structure. Each zone is precisely mapped to support the customer's movement through the space, from entry to discovery to purchase.

The layout balances functional efficiency with brand experience: product categories are grouped by affinity, zones are scaled to reflect assortment depth, and the overall flow reinforces the store's identity as a curated, premium beauty destination.

Store Design

The Ms.Cara store design is a direct spatial translation of the brand
identity— warm, refined, and deeply intentional. The interior palette
of cinnamon wood, bronze, and powder tones is carried through every surface and finish, creating a cohesive sensory environment that feels immediately recognizable. Circular backlit medallions serve as zone identifiers, guiding the customer through the space with clarity and elegance. The overall atmosphere balances aspiration with warmth —
a brand environment designed to be felt and remembered.

Material Stack

The material stack is inspired by the Ms.Cara interior and brand palette. It is presented through a curated selection of surfaces and finishes that reflect the warmth and refinement of the retail environment. The tones are calm and considered, with no abrupt transitions — moving seamlessly from deep espresso through terracotta to pale powder.

POS-Materials

We developed a complete set of POS materials to support the retail experience and reinforce the Ms.Cara brand identity throughout the store:

  • Electronic Label System: 
A unified family of in-store shelf labels designed across three formats — Electronic Price Tag, Promotion Electronic Label, and High Discount Promotional Label. All three share a consistent visual language rooted in the brand palette, with clear typographic hierarchy and structured layout. Each format is adapted to its purpose: standard pricing, promotional offers, and high-visibility discount communication. The system ensures cohesion across the shelf while allowing flexibility depending on the type of message.

  • Zone Banners:
 A brand-led printed format carrying the core communication message, placed at key touchpoints throughout the store to reinforce brand identity and create an emotional connection with the customer.

Guideline

The guideline was developed as a comprehensive document capturing the full brand and retail communication system. It covers the visual identity, typography, color palette, pattern library, store environment, and POS materials — presenting Ms.Cara as a cohesive and scalable brand designed to work consistently across every touchpoint.
