PR Specialist



Key role highlights: filling and maintaining the company's social media, increasing awareness and building a positive image of the agency

Required practical experience: 1–3 years.

Your responsibilities will include developing a content strategy, creating and publishing content for the company’s social media channels, managing and growing our presence on LinkedIn, Behance, and Dribbble, as well as engaging with the audience through comments and messages.

We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who not only excels at content creation and social media management but is also eager to shape industry conversations, introduce fresh ideas, and set new trends within the creative community.

Key Responsibilites

Understanding the principles of various marketing channels: PR, SERM, SEO, SMM, email marketing;

Practical experience in managing advertising campaigns: launching ad campaigns, optimizing traffic, and scaling;

Experience in building and optimizing purchase funnels;

Conducting competitive analysis by monitoring competitors’ activity in target markets;

Growth marketing: optimization of landing pages, user paths and touchpoints;

Planning and launching advertising campaigns: analyzing campaign effectiveness, forecasting results, budget calculation and approval, independent
management of campaigns, and involving subcontractors (DV360, Google Ads, MyTarget, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok);

Defining initial settings for advertising campaigns, remarketing/retargeting;

Contextual advertising and sales promotion for our services;

SEO of our website to increase traffic;

Influence marketing (working with bloggers);

Chatbot management and purchase funnels creation;

Working with various analytics systems (Google Analytics);

Implementing your own creative ideas.

Required Qualifications

Higher education in the field of digital marketing. Courses for professional development in digital marketing would be an advantage;

Experience in the field of marketing: 3+ years;

● Experience in the field of digital marketing: at least 1 year;

Deep understanding of classical marketing;

Understanding the basics of company economics;

Skills and proficiency in at least one internet marketing tool, such as SEO, contextual advertising, web analytics, or web development. Good understanding of other tools;

Basic programming skills: ability to read and understand code (HTML, CSS);

Creative and analytical thinking;

Effective communication skills;

Results-oriented approach, willingness to take responsibility for decision-making;

Desire for continuous learning and development.
