Faktor Sukcesu

Logo, Brand Guideline and Website Development
Year: 2024
Scope of Work: Research and analysis, logo development, branding and visual identity creation, preparation of brand guidelines, and website design.

The guideline and website developed in response to the company’s rapid growth and business expansion. This new digital and visual toolkit allows the service to communicate the value of factoring clearly and persuasively, demonstrating its operation in a tangible and accessible way.
Logo, visual identity, and a functional website for a modern Polish factoring service — a combination of elegant design and thoughtful digital experience.
Factoring is a relatively new service for most clients —
it was crucial to balance approachability with the level of professionalism required by a financial company. This approach makes the service understandable and relatable while maintaining client trust.

Key Challenges

  • Communicate the value of factoring to the target audience and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with the company.
  • Introduce users to the service and explain its functionality in a clear and accessible way.
  • Reduce the complexity of an unfamiliar financial service while preserving trust and the company’s professional image.
The project resulted in a comprehensive brand guideline and website that unify the logo, visual identity, and key visual into a single, clear, and scalable standard. This framework makes the complex financial service of factoring understandable, accessible, and persuasive for the target audience.

Logo

The logo features a dynamic letter “F,” directly referencing factoring and making the brand recognizable even without the full logotype. It can be applied with solid fills or gradients, providing flexibility and expressiveness within the visual system.

Brand Palette

The palette combines a traditional blue, characteristic of the financial sector, with an accent turquoise, symbolizing modernity, dynamism, and digital orientation. Gradients add flexibility and adaptability to the visual system.

Typography

The brand typography is based on the strict and professional sans-serif Helvetica in various weights depending on usage, paired with EB Garamond for slogans and calls to action, balancing professional rigor with expressive communication.

Brand Patterns
and Complementary Graphic Elements

Brand patterns are derived from the logo and adapt to various applications, expanding the visual language while softening its formality. Complementary graphic elements, designed in the same visual style, extend the brand across different materials.

Website Development

The website features precise and structured layouts, complemented by bold graphic elements with gradients, reducing formality and highlighting the brand’s modernity and openness.

Key visuals feature imagery strictly aligned with the target audience — employees and company representatives — to enhance credibility.

Smooth graphics and rounded interface elements reinforce accessibility and approachability.
The project established a unified, scalable standard for visual communication, making factoring clear and persuasive for clients, strengthening audience trust, and emphasizing the company’s modernity and digital maturity.
